TRAVELING VISA ASSISTANCE & GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All Applicants who contract DC Global Company Limited must treat it as a separate legal cooperate entity
and must adhere to the company policy. An Arranged Travel Contract which DC Global Company
(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) concludes with the Traveler/client shall be subject to these
General Terms and Conditions. Matters which are not provided for in these General Terms and
Conditions shall be governed by the laws, ordinances, regulations, and generally established practice. If
the Company has concluded a special agreement in writing not in violation of the law, ordinances, and
regulations and within the scope not unfavorable to the Traveler/client, that special agreement,
notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, shall prevail over the provisions of these
General Terms and Conditions.
Definition of Terms & Interpretations
An “Arranged Travel Contract” as stated in these General Terms and Conditions means a contract under
which the Company, commissioned by the Traveler/client, undertakes to make arrangements so that the
Traveler can receive services for visa Assistance, Travel documentations, Reservations, and Bookings etc
(hereinafter referred to as “Travel Services”) by acting as a representative, as an intermediary, as an
agent, etc., on behalf of the Traveler.
A” Procedure for Traveling/Going Abroad” as stated in these General Terms and Conditions means a
the process through which the Company undertakes to perform the Service referred to in the following ;
(1) Procedure for obtaining a passport, a visa, a reentry permit, and various certificates;
(2) Preparation of documents for embarkation/disembarkation procedure;
(3) Other business related to the preceding Items
DC Global Company Limited, recommends that you purchase tickets or make bookings only which can be
canceled prior to the issuance of a visa, except where it is a specific requirement stated as part of the
visa application.
These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the booking terms and conditions which
can be found in our notes section of our Website, Facebook, Twitter, an Instagram page which shall also
govern your use of the page and the services provided to you by DC Global Company Limited.
Application: means a form to be completed by an applicant requesting the provision of Travel
documentation Services and/or application for a visa from the Authority which is part of the
Immigration or Consular Office or government /statutory body submitted along with a passport
and supporting documents.Authority: Means the Immigration or Consular Office or Government or Statutory body.
Professional/ Administrative Fees or charges: Means payable by You for the Services purchased
in accordance with the DC Global Company direct and indirect cost in disbursing services types.
Services Terms and Conditions.
Non-Refundable Services: Means any Services which are not due as Refundable Services.
Refundable Services: This means those Services eligible for a refund.
Refund Eligibility Criteria: This means the criteria set out to be eligible for.
Services: Means any of the following: Visa or travel assistance services or consultancy, travel
documentation, Soccer Management, and Marketing, International Education/Study Abroad,
International Employment Offers, International tour, and other related travel services.
Services Terms and Conditions: Means the terms and conditions for the use of the payment
portal and provision of the Services.
Transaction Charges: Means any fees levied by a bank or financial institution upon processing a
valid refund request to Applicants which may vary from case to case.
“Us”: means DC Global Company Limited or any party acting on our implicit instructions (with
“Our” being construed accordingly).
“You” includes the person requesting the Services or any party acting on such person’s
instructions (and “Your” shall be construed accordingly).

The Traveling and visa assistance services described on this website are provided by DC Global Company
Limited.
Application of these terms and conditions
These terms and conditions together with the Booking Terms govern your use of the traveling
and visa application services provided by DC Global Company Limited, all visa applications you make, and all inquiries you make for advice or information concerning visas and
documentation. Each applicant of these services or visas hereby accepts and confirms that,
prior to submitting a visa application, they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by,
without limitation or qualification, all of these terms and conditions. No employee of DC Global
Company Limited has any authority whatsoever to change, amend, amplify or withdraw any or
all of these terms and conditions without prior written approval from DC Global Company
Limited.
Duty of Confidentiality
The Company shall not deliberately or unprofessionally disclose to another who is not offering any vital
service for DC Global Company in processing the applicant’s travel documentation assistance request, the
the information which it has come to know in performing the requested Service “Refer to Privacy policy’’
And if you are okay you can proceed with the process.
Arrangements Agent
In performing an Arranged Travel/visa assistance Contract, the Company may have another travel
agent, a person handling travel arrangements as a business, or any other auxiliary service within or
outside the company of operation.
NB: Sometimes, depending on the Services you wish to request, your order of Services is an offer to
purchase or receive services from either (a) the Company or (b) the government for whom we collect
payment and your information for and carry out the operation or service.
Using the Services
The Company shall provide an online application portal to support or assist the delivery of the
government’s visa application and / or travel documentation services to applicants as more fully described
on our website and other social media platforms.
The Company warrants that it has the right to provide the Services and will use all reasonable
professional skill and care in offering requested services within it operation. Because of the number of
sources from which the Company obtains the content for the Services and because of the nature of the
Internet, errors, and omissions do occur and the Company does not give any other warranties in that
respect.
The Company is continually seeking to improve the Services. The Company reserves the right, at its
discretion, to make changes to any part of the Services provided that it does not materially reduce their
content or functionality.Entry into Effect of Contracts(Application for a travel/visa Assistance Request)
A Traveler who intends to conclude requested travel/visa assistance Contract with the Company must
Get a form or download the application form prescribed by the Company and submit it to the Company
together with the application fee (If Applicable), the amount of which shall be separately specified by the
Company.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, a Traveler who intends to conclude a
Communicated Contract with the Company must notify the Company by contacting us and be willing to
give personal information and the contents of Travel/visa assistance Services which he/she intends to
request.
The Visa Application Service
DC Global Company Limited is responsible for scheduling appointments, receipt of visa applications for
travel and visa fees, submission of applications, collecting processed passports, and returning passports
back to visa applicants. We only offer visa application assistance if the land arrangement is booked through
Acceptance and Rejection of Visa Applications
The assessment of visa applications itself is not carried out by DC Global Company Limited and the grant
or refusal of visas is at the sole discretion of immigration or Embassy or Consular Office. The
Immigration or Consular Office reserve the right to ask for further documentation and information from
the visa applicant, and to refuse any visa application. The visa applicant must supply such further
documents and information if they wish their application to continue to be considered. In short; DC
Global Company Limited, the Travel Consult does not issue Visa or guarantee Visa approval
Fees Related to Visa Acquisition
The visa fees payable by you comprise the visa application fee for the visa, which we forward on
to the Immigration or Consular Office, and our professional or administrative fees.
Fees stated are only valid on the day that they are quoted or provided by us. If you decide to
make your application on a later date, the fees may change.
All costs of returning passports, visas, and documents to you are included in the final total fee
based on the information provided by you and the delivery methods selected by you.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Please note that all requested services require a Non-refundable administrative service or professional
the fee which varies, Down Payment of 50% of the total service types; cost at the time of the request as
guarantee for our service before any service commences. Prices or charges would be bases on type of
services requested for, anticipated travel time, country traveling to, prevailing exchange rates and DC
Global Company Limited administrative / professional charges/fees.
Also, remaining full balance or 50% would have to be paid immediately after the requested services are
done or completed. Any Delayed balance payment could attract an interest of 5% of what is owes DC
Global Company Limited. Also all payment or arrears owes by the client would be paid before they
board any flight.
In the event that the client changes their service request to be offered any additional expenses that may
come with it would have to be borne by the client.
DC Global Company Limited administrative or Professional fees would have to be paid in full before any
type of service assistance would be rendered and is nonrefundable.
All fees must be received in full under the available payment options as cleared funds for the
application to be processed and finalized. Where applicable, if fees are paid by installment (or
other negotiable instrument) then the payment will not be considered to have been received
until such balance or negotiable instrument has cleared.
All fees are not refundable and may be retained by us on payment by you, even if you do not
make or proceed with a service procedure, and whether or not a visa is ultimately granted.
We accept payment through Bank Deposit, PayPal, or Transfers, Cash or Cheque, Debit card. As
of the moment we do not accept credit cards. Credit card payment is only accepted when
online booking is made through our website; www.dcglobalcompanylimited.com, subject to our
review and discretion. If you prefer to pay for your booking with a bank transfer, please contact
us further details. DC Global Company Limited, is not responsible for any changes in currency
exchange rates that might occur from the time of initial payment until a refund is made.

Since there is a waiting time to process PayPal payments, we require PayPal Payments at least
14 days at which time DC Global Company Limited would receive confirmation, issue receipt
before it commences any services. Signup for a free PayPal account and add your payment card
– Visa, MasterCard. By using PayPal, there will be an additional charge of 5% which is their
surcharge to your total amount due. Please add this additional charge when you pay using the
PayPal system. .

⚫ For Cheques
Cheques would be accepted as payment for local travelers. Payments made by cheques are not
considered “paid” until fully cleared by our bank and released for payment. Thus, we require
payment of Cheques confirmation to issue receipt before commencing any visa assistance
services and also after completion of that underlying service.
For Remittance from other Banks from other Countries
International bank transfer can be instantaneous, or it can take 5-7 business days. In some
cases, transfers will take even longer than this, however around a week is a fairly standard time
frame for many overseas transfers. Please take note that currency rates depends from one
bank to another and varies each day. Each bank has its own tariff and the pricing is subject to
change. Please check with your bank for the corresponding fees and remittance charges from
the Sending and the Receiving Banks. Please take note that DC Global Company Limited will
base the Client’s payment from the Actual Currency Deposit to the Bank of DC Global Company
Limited. Remittance Fees from the Sending and Receiving Bank would be borne by the Client.
International payments can be tricky. There is often confusion caused by use of multiple banks,
different methods, and sometimes additional fees so please check with your bank. It is only
upon receipt or confirmation of payment from DC Global Company Limited’ bank that
traveling and visa assistance services are confirmed. Direct Deposit
There are no card fees associated with this form of payment. Direct Deposits must be made 48 hours
prior to the due date to ensure funds are received in time.
General Obligation
DC Global Company Limited will process all traveling assistance requested services and visa
applications with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with all procedures prescribed by
Immigration or Consular Office from time to time. However, whilst we use reasonable care to check your
application form for obvious errors on the face of the form, we do not guarantee to detect errors with
your form, and we do not undertake to verify any information you provide, which you are responsible
for ensuring is accuracy.
Once you have sent us your application, be deemed to have accepted that we begin to provide
service immediately and as a result, you will not have the right to cancel.
Applicant’s Responsibility
It is the responsibility of all applicants to complete all applications forms truthfully, to provide correct
and accurate information and documentation, to ensure that they have the valid traveling
documentation requested for, valid passport, and on receipt of a visa to check the validity of the visa
issued to ensure that it covers the period of stay requested, the number of entries required, and the
completed travel requested documents respectively and that it is valid for the purpose of the trip.
Applicants are requested to submit/send photocopies of the supporting documents (not the originals)
unless originals are requested.
Processing Times
Visas and Travelling Documentation; The processing times for visa applications (including priority and
super-priority applications) are estimates only and DC Global Company Limited cannot be held
responsible for delays that arise which are out of DC Global Company Limited ‘s control and same apply
to some selective legal documents .
The processing of your application or these legal documents is subject to the procedures and timescales
of the Immigration or Consular Office, the statutory bodies in charge over which we have we mostly
have no control.
Advertising material may be included along with passports or other documents when they are
returned to the applicant. If you do not wish to receive any such advertising material, you
should notify DC Global Company Limited in advance at the time of submission of your visa
application. Changes to Procedures and Fees
Visas & Travelling Services: The procedures and fees of the Immigration or Consular Office for
the processing of visas and related services are outside the control of DC Global Company
Limited and subject to change without prior notice. DC Global Company Limited does not
accept responsibility for any changes in procedures or fees and reserves the right to pass on any
increased fees. NB: All visa fees and charges are non-refundable regardless of reasons except
the immigration or consular has such policies, of which such refund less the delivery cost would
be received by the applicant.
Cancellation
Subject to the following paragraph, if you commence a Travel/visa application process, including by
submitting an online application, you may be entitled to cancel your application before your visa
application is posted or otherwise forwarded by us to the Immigration or Consular Office or other
agencies or statutory body that offer support to the traveler’s requested travel services locally and
internationally.
If you commence a travel requested services or offer or documentation or visa application process, but
do not complete these application process, within 3 months of commencing the visa application process,
then your application shall be considered to be ended and we will retain all fees especially the visa fee
and administrative or professional charges/fees paid by you. We shall not be obliged to notify you of
this.
Your right above is the only cancellation right you have. Once you have submitted your application to us,
you will be taken to have agreed that we may immediately commence processing your application and
providing any requested services, and as a result you will not have any right to cancel. This is because,
you lose your right to cancel if you agree that we can start providing the services within the cancellation
period.
Flight Booking:
Assistance from DC Global Company Limited for Flight booking are governed and
determined by the terms and conditions of the Airline opted or purchased from not Our Company.
In most cases, airfares are fully non-refundable and non-transferable. Airline charges or part or full
cancellation fees may apply to your particular airfare. A Travel Consultant will help you wherever
possible within these terms and conditions.
Refund Policy of Received Payment:
Notice to all Travel, Clients or Visa Applicants:
It is important that you read this Refund Policy carefully. Certain services provided to Applicants
are provided directly by the Immigration or Consular Office or certain statutory organizations and shall be entirely non-refundable once an Application has been made. You should familiarize
yourself with the terms of this Refund Policy prior to paying or purchasing any services.
* Professional fees or Service Charges are non- refundable under any circumstance.
* All travel service request canceled may not be refundable when the processing of document has
begun.
* Where in an extreme case a service is a cancellable form the statutory body offering that service, then the
traveler is likely to receive the amount paid for the services less any cancellation fees or charges.
* If travel services are completed, traveler has the choice to proceed with the travel but is under strict
obligation to pay any balances accrued from the service process due them without any other options.
* Sometimes depending on the service type, refunds can be received but certain cancellation fees may
apply to the traveler or client, applicant and they would be obliged to pay to that.
*In case a traveling service cost is refundable, note that the time of receipt would solely be based on
the time the company received such a refund on the client’s behalf.
* Cancellations must be in writing and should be addressed to the consultant handling service.
*In the event where DC Global Company Limited defaults in the requested travel service such as
changes or cancellation been knowingly or unknowingly, our company is oblige to offer the equal or best
alternative to achieve the same service demand. Should client refuse, refund will be based on the
company’s discretion provided the cause is not DC Global Company’s nonperformance.
Refund Eligibility
*Where the company cancels an initially requested service which becomes impossible due to an
the outstanding situation that delays the process to complete the arrangement which is no fault of the
the company but DC Global Company is obliged to offers equal alternate for that service if available
at the period but, the applicant refuses that new offer when they can prove the alternative is
unfavorable for them.
* When it becomes impossible for DC Global to provide certain services which do not follow the
core mandate, principles, policy and legalities of the company or laws that governs it operations.* Where there is proof beyond reasonable doubt and which does not violate our company rules
that a failed process was no fault of the client but with solid proof that it the fault DC Global not
carrying out complete due process.
Note: In such instance above, the client or traveler would have to give the company 6 months to
make refunds if there are proofs that it made payment.
Liabilities
Loss or Damage to Passports and Other Travel Documents
DC Global Company Limited takes every reasonable precaution while handling a traveler, clients
or visa applicant’s passport & documents, and if due to any breach of contract or negligence on
the part of DC Global Company Limited, the visa applicant’s submitted passport or documents
are lost or damaged beyond a useable condition, then DC Global Company Limited will pay to
the traveler, clients or visa applicant the amount of any reasonable fees charged by the
government of the traveler’s, clients or visa applicant’s home country, for the replacement of
the lost or damaged passport or other documents through their normal replacement
procedure, and DC Global Company Limited will assist the traveler’s, client or visa applicant
with the same within its capacity. Such payments will be made by DC Global Company Limited
to the traveler, clients or visa applicant on the presentation of the payment receipt issued by
the government of their respective home country for the replacement of such lost or damaged
passport or documents.
Disclaimer – Please read carefully
Except for the refund or reimbursements of fees as stated in the Refund Policy, DC Global
Company Limited excludes its liability in connection with any visa applications, including liability
in or under contract, negligence, tort, statute or otherwise howsoever arising, and including
liability for any delay or failure of DC Global Company Limited in handling or processing visa
applications, loss of or delay to passports and other documents, delays involving visas and
immigration, and rejections of visa applications for any reason. And for the avoidance of doubt:
No Liability for Incorrect Information
DC Global Company Limited shall have no liability for loss, delays or non-issuance of any
application arising from or in connection with (to include but not restricted to) incomplete
application forms, incorrectly or falsely completed application forms, and inaccurate or
incomplete supporting documentation.No Liability for Events Not In Our Control
DC Global Company Limited shall not be considered to be in breach of contract or negligent or
otherwise liable in any way for any delay or failure of any application or loss, damage or delay
to any passport or other documents due to accident, theft, natural calamities (act of god) or
any other reason outside the control of, and not arising out of a willful default of DC Global
Company Limited, or for the loss or damage to any passport or other document after it has
been handed over to the visa applicant.
No Liability for Postal and Courier Service
DC Global Company Limited shall have no liability for any delays, or for loss of or damage to any
visa application, passport or other documents, caused by, or occurring whilst any application,
passport or document is in the possession of, any third party postal or courier service, including
transportation of visa applications, passport or other documents between DC Global Company
Limited and the Immigration or Consular Office or statutory body; and when being returned by
DC Global Company Limited to the traveler, client or visa applicant.
No Liability for Assessment of Visa Applications
DC Global Company Limited is not involved in the process of assessment of visa applications, or
their grant or refusal, and shall not be liable or responsible for any delay by the Immigration or
Consular Office in assessing, granting or refusing any visa application or for the grantor
rejection of any visa application.
No Liability for Wasted Costs and Expenses
DC Global Company Limited shall have no liability to any traveler, clients or visa applicant, or
any other person relying on or benefiting from any visa application, for any commitment, cost
or expenditure incurred in reliance on or anticipation of receiving a visa, traveling service
documentation, whether within a particular timescale or at all, including but not limited to
other travel and accommodation arrangements, and any other arrangements made.
Ticketing or Bookings
DC Global Company Limited recommends that you do not purchase tickets or make bookings
which cannot be canceled prior to the issuance of a visa, except where it is a specific
the requirement stated as part of the visa application, in which case open tickets should be
obtained.
General Exclusion of Loss and Damage
DC Global Company Limited shall have no liability (including in contract or for negligence) to
any traveler, client or visa applicant, or any other person relying on or benefiting from any visa
application, for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any
damages whatsoever, including where caused by delay, misplacement, loss or damage of visa
applications, passports, and other documents.
General
Third-Party Rights
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall benefit or be enforceable by any person other than
the traveler, client or visa applicant, and it is not intended that a third party should have the
right to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions.
Changes to these terms
DC Global Company Limited, in its sole discretion, may change, amend, cancel or withdraw any
or all of these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions, any traveling document, visa applications, and any disputes or
claims whatsoever relating to them shall be governed and construed in accordance with the
laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any claims or disputes arising in relation to the services provided
by DC Global Company Limited to the applicant shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts in the Republic of Ghana.
Limitation on liability
The liability for the Company to you under these terms for any losses relating to or arising in connection
with Services provided to you under these terms and whether based on an action or claim in contract,
negligence, tort, misrepresentation (other than fraudulent misrepresentation) breach of statutory duty or
otherwise shall be limited to an amount equal to the Service Fees paid by you in connection with the
Services to which such claim relates.
DC Global Company Limited is Football management and Travel Consult and we work only with
government and legally registered organizations.
If you receive an offer asking for money that claims to be from DC Global Company Limited, do not
respond or send money unless you have received an official email from the company or paying into the
company’s named account or directly at the office.
Under no circumstances will DC Global Company Limited be liable or responsible for any loss, damages,
expenses or inconvenience resulting from unauthorized activities.
Site Copyright
The copyright on all original/custom artwork, maps, navigation elements, presentation methods, and
design elements included in our web sites is held exclusively by the company. Copyright on all
descriptive text is held by DC Global Company limited. Copyright on selected photographic images is
also held by the company.
Photographic images are reproduced with the permission of DC Global Company limited and the product
and/or service providers represented on the web site, or as shown where necessary to satisfy the copyright
obligations associated with their electronic reproduction.
Where joint copyright is held over proprietary text or images, DC Global Company limited reserves the
