All Applicant who contract DC Global Company Limited must treat it as a legal cooperate entity and must adhere to the company policy.An Arranged Travel Contract which DC Global company (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) concludes with the Traveler/client shall be subject to these General Terms and Conditions. Matters which are not provided for in these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws, ordinances, regulations and generally established practice. If the Company has concluded a special agreement in writing,not in violation of the law, ordinances and regulations and within the scope not unfavorable to the Traveler/client, that special agreement, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, shall prevail over the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.
Definition of Terms
An “Arranged Travel Contract” as stated in these General Terms and Conditions means a
contract under which the Company, commissioned by the Traveler/client, undertakes to make arrangements so that the Traveler can receive services for visa assistance, Travel documentations , reservations and Bookings etc (hereinafter referred to as “Travel Services”) by acting as a representative, as an intermediary, as an consultant, on behalf of the Traveler.
A” Procedure for Traveling/Going Abroad” as stated in these General Terms and Conditions means a process through which the Company undertakes to perform the Service referred to in the following ;
(1) Procedure for obtaining a passport, a visa, a entry permit and various certificates;
(2) Preparation of documents for embarkation/disembarkation procedure;
(3) Other business related to the preceding Items
DC Global Company Limited, recommends that you purchase tickets or make bookings only which can be canceled prior to the issuance of a visa, except where it is a specific requirement stated as part of the visa application.
These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the booking terms and conditions which can be found in our notes section of our Website,Facebook,twitter,Instagram page which shall also govern your use of the page and the services provided to you by DC Global Company Limited.
Except where covered in our refund policy which can be found here, all fees are non-refundable and may be retained by the company, even if you do not make or proceed with a visa application, and whether or not a visa is ultimately granted. We reserve that right unless refund policy states so.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your application form, and in checking your application form we do not guarantee that we will find any errors, and we will verify information provided to us except personal once which will not be liability to the company.

Arrangements Consultant/ Agent
In performing an Arranged Travel/visa assistance Contract, the Company may have another travel agent, a person handling travel arrangements as a business, or any other auxiliary service within or outside the company of operation.
Application of these terms and conditions
These terms and conditions together with the Booking Terms govern General Traveling and visa application services provided by DC Global Company Limited, All enquiry you make for advice or information concerning visas and documentation shall also be provided on the website. Each applicant seeking our assistance or services hereby accepts and confirms that, prior to submitting a travel documents for visa processing, they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by, without limitation or qualification, all of these terms and conditions. No employee of DC Global Company Limited has any authority whatsoever to change, amend, amplify or withdraw any or all of these terms and conditions without prior written approval from DC Global Company Limited. Entry into Effect of Contracts（Application for a travel/visa Assistance Request）
A Traveler who intends to conclude a requested for travel/visa assistance sign a Contract agreement form with the Company prescribed by the Company and submit it to the Company together with the company application fee (If Applicable), the amount of which shall be separately specified by the Company.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, a Traveler who intends to conclude a Communications Contract with the Company must notify the Company by contacting us and willing to give Personal information and the contents of Travel/visa assistance Services which he/she intends to request.
Note: The application fee referred above’ will be treated as part of the administrative/ Fee which the Traveler/client should pay to the Company.
The Visa Application Service
DC Global Company Limited is responsible for scheduling appointments for traveler at the embassy and visa fees shall be paid by the Traveler to the embassy and also go through every document which Traveler is submitting to the embassy only.
Acceptance and Rejection of Applications
The assessment of visa applications itself is not carried out by DC Global Company Limited and the grant or refusal of visas is at the sole discretion of immigration or Embassy or Consular Office. The Immigration or Consular Office reserve the right to ask for further documentation and information from the visa applicant, and to refuse any visa application. The visa applicant must supply such further documents and information if they wish their application to continue to be considered. In short;.DC Global Company Limited, the Travel Consult do not issue Visa or guarantee Visa approval since visa decision is in the discretion of the consular
Fees Related to Visa Acquisition
The fees payable by you/Traveler/applicant comprise the visa application fee for the visa, which shall be forward on to the Immigration or Consular Office direct and our professional fees.
Fees stated are only valid on the day that they are quoted or provided by us or the embassy. If you decide to make your application on a later date, the fees may change or not.
All costs of returning passports, visas and documents to you are included or excluded in the fee based on information provided by you and the delivery methods selected by you.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Please note that all requested services require a Non-refundable administrative service fee which varies, Down Payment of 50% of the total visa assistant service selected; cost at the time of the request as guarantee for our service before any service commences. Prices or charges would be bases on type of services requested for, anticipated travel time, country traveling to, prevailing exchange rates and DC Global Company Limited administrative charges.
Also, remaining payment to be made or 50% fee to complete package or service would have to be paid immediately after the requested services are done or completed. Any Delayed in payment could attract an interest of 10% of what is owed to DC Global Company Limited. Also all payment or arrears owed by the client would be paid before they board any flight.
In the event that the client changes their service request to be offered any additional expenses that may come borne by the client.
DC Global Company Limited administrative or service fees would have to be paid in full before any type of Travel service or visa assistance services would be rendered and it non refundable.
All fees must be received in full under the available payment options as funds for the service be processed and finalized. Where applicable, if fees are paid by installment (or other negotiable instrument) then the payment will not be considered to have been received until such balance or negotiable instrument has cleared. All installement arrangement must be written and signed as prove of terms as approved terms.
All fees are not refundable, and may be retained by us on payment by you, even if you do not make or proceed with a visa process except the company wish to do so. Also if visa application is not granted, the company is not liable to any sort of refund. Except the Embassy has a refund policy, such amount would be returned to the applicants with the deduction cost related to delivering or returning applicants passport to them.
We accept payment thru Bank Deposit, Paypal, or Western-union, credit cards.. Credit card payment is only accepted when online booking or payment is made through our website; www.dcglobalcompanylimited.com, subject to our review and approval. If you prefer to pay for your booking with a bank transfer, please contact us further details. DC Global Company Limited, is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates that might occur from the time of initial payment until a refund is made.

Cheques would be accepted as payment for local travelers. Payments made by Cheques are not considered “paid”, until fully cleared by our bank and released for payment. Thus, we require payment of Cheques confirmation to issue receipt before commencing any visa assistance services and also after completion of that underlying service.
For Remittance from other Banks from other Countries
International bank transfer can be instantaneous, or it can take 5-7 business days. In some cases, transfers will take even longer than this, however around a week is a fairly standard time frame for many overseas transfers. Please take note that currency rates depends from one bank to another and varies each day. Each bank has its own tariff and the pricing is subject to change. Please check with your bank for the corresponding fees and remittance charges from the Sending and the Receiving Banks. Please take note that DC Global Company Limited will base the Client’s payment from the ACTUAL CURRENCY DEPOSIT to the Bank of DC Global Company Limited. Remittance Fees from the Sending and Receiving Bank would be borne by the Client. International payments can be tricky. There is often confusion caused by use of multiple banks, different methods, and sometimes additional fees so please check with your bank. It is only upon receipt or confirmation of payment from DC Global Company Limited’ bank that travelling and visa assistance services is confirmed.
Direct Deposit: There are no card fees associated with this form of payment. Direct Deposits must be made 48 hours prior to the due date to ensure funds are received in time.
DC Global Company Limited will process all travelling assistance requested services and visa applications process with reasonable care and skill-set in accordance with all procedures prescribed by Immigration or Consular Office from time to time. However, whilst we use reasonable care to check your company application form for obvious errors on the face of the form, we do not guarantee to detect errors with your form, and we do not undertake to verify any information you provide, which you are responsible for ensuring is accuracy.
It is the responsibility of all applicants to complete all company applications forms truthfully, to provide correct and accurate information for proper documentation.Applicant must ensure that they have a valid passport, Bank statement and document personal to them.
Applicants are requested to submit/send photocopies of the supporting documents (not the originals) unless originals are requested.
The processing times for visa applications (including priority and super priority applications) are estimates only by the embassy and DC Global Company Limited cannot be held responsible for delays that arise since that is out of DC Global Company Limited ‘s control.
The processing of your application is subject to the procedures and timescales of the Immigration or Consular Office, over which we have no control.
Advertising material may be included along with passports or other documents when they are returned to the applicant. If you do not wish to receive any such advertising material, you should notify DC Global Company Limited in advance at the time of submission of your visa application. Please note that all advertising material accompanying the relevant documents is provided by DC Global Company Limited, and does not have the endorsement of the Immigration or Consular Office.
Once you have sent us your application, be deemed to have accepted that we begin to provide service immediately and as a result you will not have the right to cancel.
Changes to Procedures and Fees
The procedures and fees of the Immigration or Consular Office for the processing of visas and related services are outside the control of DC Global Company Limited and subject to change without prior notice. DC Global Company Limited does not accept responsibility for any changes in procedures or fees and reserves the right to pass on any increased fees. ALL VISA FEES AND ADMISTRATIVE CHARGES, AND REASONABLE EXPENSES ARE NON REFUNDABLE .
Subject to the following paragraph, if you commence a Travel/visa application process AFTER submitting an online application, you may be entitled to cancel your application before your visa application is processed by forwarding official letter to us or to the Immigration or Consular Office or other agencies or statutory body that offer support to the traveler’s requested travel services locally and internationally.eg. VFS/TLS
If you commence a travel requested services or offer or documentation or visa application process, but do not complete these application process, within 1-3 months of commencing the visa application process, then your application shall be considered to be ended and we will retain all fees including administrative charges paid by you (Client). We shall not be obliged to notify you of this.
Above is your only cancellation rightt. Once you have submitted your application to us, you will be taken to have agreed that we may immediately commence processing your application and providing any requested services, and as a result you will not have any right to cancel. This is because, you lose your right to cancel if you agree that we can start providing the services within the cancellation period.
Flight Cancellation Policy:
Flights booked on this website are governed by the terms and conditions of the airfare you purchased and are determined by the Airline (not Our Company).
In most cases, airfares are fully non-refundable and non-transferable. Airline charges or part or full cancellation fees may apply to your particular airfare.
A Travel Consultant will help you wherever possible within these terms and conditions.
Standard Booking Cancellation Policy:
* All Bookings canceled inside 3 days prior to travel are non-refundable.
* Deposited bookings canceled 2 or more days prior to travel – You will be charged $150 cancellation fee PLUS you will be charged any cancellation fees levied by the the following; hotel, airline or other.
* Cancellations must be in writing and should be addressed to the consultant handling the booking service.
If a credit has been approved for any sort of refund ,it is valid for 6 months from the date the cancellation was made.
LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PASSPORTS AND OTHER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
DC Global Company Limited we takes every reasonable precaution while handling an applicant’s passport & documents. If we lose or cause damage beyond a usable condition, then DC Global Company Limited will pay to the visa applicant the amount of any reasonable fees charged by the government of the applicant’s home country, for the replacement of the lost or damaged passport or other documents through their normal replacement procedure, and DC Global Company Limited will assist the applicant with the sum within its capacity. Such payments will be made by DC Global Company Limited to the applicant on the presentation of the payment receipt issued by the government of their respective home country for the replacement of such lost or damaged passport or documents.
No Liability for Incorrect Information
DC Global Company Limited shall have no liability for loss, delays or non-issuance of any application arising from or in connection with (to include but not restricted to) incomplete application forms, incorrectly or falsely completed application forms, and inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation.
No Liability for Events Not In Our Control
DC Global Company Limited shall not be considered to be in breach of contract or negligent or otherwise liable in any way for any delay or failure of any application or loss, damage or delay to any passport or other documents due to accident, theft, natural calamities (act of god) or any other reason outside the control of, and not arising out of a willful default of, DC Global Company Limited, or for the loss or damage to any passport or other document after it has been handed over to the visa applicant.
No Liability for Postal and Courier Service
DC Global Company Limited shall have no liability for any delays, or for loss of or damage to any visa application, passport or other documents, caused by, or occurring whilst any application, passport or document is in the possession of, any third party postal or courier service, including transportation of visa applications, passport or other documents between DC Global Company Limited and the Immigration or Consular Office; and when being returned by DC Global Company Limited to the traveler, client or visa applicant.
No Liability for Assessment of Visa Applications
DC Global Company Limited is not involved in the process of assessment of traveler, clients or visa applications, or their grant or refusal, and shall not be liable or responsible for any delay by the Immigration or Consular Office in assessing, granting or refusing any visa application or for the grant or rejection of any visa application.
No Liability for Wasted Costs and Expenses
DC Global Company Limited shall have no liability to any visa applicant, or any other person relying on or benefiting from any visa application, for any commitment, cost or expenditure incurred in reliance on or anticipation of receiving a visa, whether within a particular timescale or at all, including but not limited to air travel, hotel, and other travel and accommodation arrangements, and any other arrangements made.
DC Global Company Limited recommends that you do not purchase tickets or make bookings which cannot be cancelled prior to the issuance of a visa, except where it is a specific requirement stated as part of the visa application, in which case open tickets should be obtained.
General Exclusion of Loss and Damage
DC Global Company Limited shall have no liability (including in contract or for negligence) to any traveler, clients or visa applicant, or any other person relying on or benefiting from any visa application, for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, including where caused by delay, misplacement, loss or damage of visa applications, passports and other documents, other than as stated in Section 5 above. DC Global Company Limited shall have no liability (including in contract or for negligence) to any visa applicant or any other person relying on or benefiting from any visa application for any loss of profit, revenue, or contract, or business, profession, or other occupation, including where caused by delay, misplacement, loss or damage of visa applications, passports and other documents.
Third Party Rights
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall benefit or be enforceable by any person other than the traveler, clients or visa applicant, and it is not intended that a third party should have the right to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions.
Changes to these terms
DC Global Company Limited, in its sole discretion, may change, amend, cancel or withdraw any or all of these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
These terms and conditions, any visa travelling document and applications and any disputes or claims whatsoever relating to them shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any claims or disputes arising in relation to the services provided by DC Global Company Limited to the applicant shall be subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the courts in Republic of Ghana.

Amendment Fees: Any amendments made to confirmed bookings will incur a fee; bookings of a value up to $1,000 a fee of $50, bookings of a value over $1,000 a fee of $100. The fees are charged per amendment. This is in addition to any fees that may be levied by the supplier or airline ect.
Change After Service Has Commenced: Any alteration or cancellation of services after your Traveling processing/service has commenced can incur penalties. There is no refund for unused services.
Notice to all Travel arrangements or Visa Applicants:
It is important that You read this Refund Policy carefully. Certain services provided to Applicants are provided directly by the Immigration or Consular Office and shall be entirely non-refundable once an Application has been made for submission as well as appearance . You should familiarize yourself with the terms of this Refund Policy prior to paying or purchasing any services.
Unless otherwise defined, defined terms in this Refund Policy shall have the meaning given to them in the Booking Terms and Conditions and/or the Services Terms and Conditions.
Application: means a form to be completed by an applicant requesting the provision of Travel documentation Services and/or application for a visa from the Authority which is part of the Immigration or Consular Office submitted along with a passport and supporting documents.
Authority: means the the Immigration or Consular Office
Service Fees: means the fees payable by You for the Services purchased in accordance with the DC Global Company professional or administrative fees schedule.
Travel Documentation fee: as stated in these General Terms and Conditions means a charge
which the Company pays to Travel documentation service provider/transportation/accommodation facilities, etc., such as a fare,documentations accommodation charges, etc., and the prescribed travel business handling fee of the Company (excluding a fee for procedures for making a change as well as that for making a cancellation) in order for the Company to make arrangements for Travel Services.
Quotations: All Travel Service quotations are subject to availability of services. . Quotation shall be determined by the program at hand.
Airline Bookings: Airlines are instant purchase and Airlines require full payment upfront by credit card or PayPal only. We are able to accept direct deposits for airline purchases.
Communications Contract: as stated in this part means an Arranged communicated Contract which the Company concludes with a Traveler/client in accordance with an application made by telephone, mail, facsimile, or any other means of communication with which the Traveler agrees in n negotiated Travel Fee, etc on or after the date on which such travel/visa service was requested.credit or debt should be settled in accordance with the card membership rules of the Affiliated Company separately established, and with which the traveler pays the Travel Fee, etc., in accordance with the method provided for in Paragraph 2 or 5, Article
Electronic Acceptance Notice: as stated in this part means a notice of acceptance with respect to an application for a contract which is sent by, among various methods using information and communications technology, the method of transmission on the telecommunications line connecting the computer, facsimile machine, telex or telephone (hereinafter referred to as “Computer, Etc.”) used by the Company and the Computer, Etc., used by the Traveler/client.
Services Terms and Conditions.
Non-Refundable Services: means any Services which are not due as Refundable Services.
Refundable Services: means those Services eligible for refund.
Refund Eligibility Criteria: means the criteria set out to be eligible for refund.
Refund Request Form: means a form with requested information to initiate a refund which can be located and completed at: click here
Services: Means any of the following: Visa or travel assistance services or consultancy, travel documentation, Soccer Management and Marketing, International Education/Study Abroad, International Employment Offers, International tour and other related travel services.
Services Terms and Conditions: means the terms and conditions for the use of the payment portal and provision of the Services.
Transaction Charges: means any fees levied by a bank or financial institution upon processing a valid refund request to Applicants which may vary from case to case.
“Us”: means DC Global Company Limited or any party acting on Our implicit instructions (with “Our” being construed accordingly).
“You” includes the person requesting the Services or any party acting on such person’s instructions (and “Your” shall be construed accordingly).

General Refund Conditions:
Please read the Refund Policy carefully as it will give You information and guidelines regarding the Refund Process, as applicable for the Services provided by Us to You.
The following Services are eligible for refund:
This list of Refundable Services and the remaining terms of this Refund Policy are subject to change by Us according to the third party agency representing the embassy and in the event of any amendments, We shall make a suitable announcement on our Page. The changes will apply after We have given notice. If You do not wish to accept the revised policy, You should not continue to use the Services. If You continue to use the Services after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Services indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Refund Policy.
An Applicant who has paid for a Refundable Service may request an online refund in accordance with the eligibility criteria as further set out in the Refund Eligibility Criteria.
Refunds of Service Fees will only be considered where the Applicant satisfies the Refund Eligibility Criteria in full. Where the Applicant fails to meet any of the Refund Eligibility Criteria, WE SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION TO DECLINE THE REQUEST FOR A REFUND.
To apply for a refund, You must fully complete and submit a Refund Request Form at the following address: p.o box 743,Madina Estate.
We shall process your Refund Request Form following receipt as soon as is reasonably practicable. Response times will vary depending on the mode of payment and stated reasons for request a refund of the Service Fees. In any event, We shall notify You of the outcome of the request in accordance with the timescales set out below.
The refund will only be approved or rejected post verification by Us.
Any Transaction Charges which arise upon processing a refund of Service Fees shall be borne solely by the Applicant. Transaction Charges will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded.
By filling the Refund Request Form, the payment of refund of Service Fees is not guaranteed.
Reimbursement; (I) DC Global Company Limited administrative charges such as application fee,consultation fee and personal request documentation rendered as service will remain non refundable. (II) in the event where DC Global Company Limited default such as changes or cancellation been knowingly or unknowingly,our company is oblige to offer equal or best alternative to achieve the same service demand. Should client refuses, refund will not be guaranteed if the caused is not DC Global Company nonperformance.
Refund Eligibility Criteria:
All requests for refund or cancellation of a Service(s) will only be accepted where notice is received by Us no later than 48 hours prior to 7 days after applying with us and also prior to the appointment date and time at the embassy.
such notice shall be provided to Us by completing the Refund Request Form and sending this to Us for approval or disapproval .
Your Application is finalized once You have submitted Your completed Application and paid the specified Service Fees for the relevant Services. Due to the administrative costs incurred to process Applications, should You wish to withdraw or cancel Your Application after it has been finalized, You may only get a refund of the Refundable Services provided that (a) You have not given your biometric data, and (b) We have not commenced processing your Application.
In case of cancellation or withdrawal of Application or service, refund will be processed in the same method as payment was made for these services. E.g. if payment was made via use of credit or debit card, refund will also be done via a credit/debit card.
Unless agreed with Us, where Your Application requires You to submit biometric data, if You have paid the Service Fees in respect of Your Application but have not undertaken and completed an appointment to supply Your biometric data within 2 months and 2 days of submitting Your valid Application, Your Application will be deemed to have been processed and You will not be eligible for a refund of the Service Fees.
Under no circumstances will We be under any obligation to consider a refund of Service Fees for Non-Refundable Services; If You wish to seek a refund for Non-Refundable Services, You must contact the Authority directly. Contact details can be provided upon request. In no event will a refund be given due to a visa application refusal.
Refund processing timeline:
Applicant shall post the Refund Request Form as instructed therein;
Within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the Refund Request Form, We shall contact You to request any further information (if required) and You shall provide such information as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event no later than fourteen (7) days following such request;
Within fifteen (15) days following the receipt of any additional information requested by Us (or where no further information is requested, thirty (30) days from receipt of Your Refund Request Form), We shall notify You by e-mail of the decision on whether a refund shall be made.
Refunds of Service Fees will be processed within twenty-one (21) days from the date of notifying You of the decision.
Your Application will be invalidated and You will have no recourse to a refund of the Service Fees if:
You fail to make payment of the company applicable Service Fee once it has become due;
when requested by Us to do so, failure to provide Us with information to enable Us to determine either the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by You, or Your identity, in relation to your Application;
If We suspect You have, or are, engaged in, or have in any way been involved in, fraudulent or illegal activity, you will be entitled to no refund of any sort.
Supply of Services Terms
These terms (which are referred to as the “Services Terms & Conditions” in the General Terms & Conditions) relate to the paid-for services supplied to you through the Business Page and should be read in conjunction with the General Terms & Conditions which shall also apply
For the purposes of these terms, the “Services” may include but shall not be limited to one or more of the following services which are offered on the Website; travel visa assistance, travel documentation, bookings and reservation etc.
The Company shall be entitled to offer additional services to which these terms shall apply at any time
Prices and Payment
Depending on the Services you wish to purchase, your order of Services is an offer to purchase Services from either (a) the Company or (b) the government for whom we collect payment on the Website or directly through our office only. The Services will be made available to you once your payment has been authorized. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until you make authorized payment for the Service. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the Services to you without giving any reason
The fees for the Services (the “Service Fees”) are calculated and payable in advance as set out at User pay services. The Company shall be under no obligation to provide the requested Service until the applicable Service Fee has been paid.

Using the Services
The Company shall provide an online application and payment portal to support the delivery of the government’s visa application services to visa applicants as more fully described on our Business Page. User pay Services which shall facilitate the provision of the Services to you.
The Company warrants that it has the right to provide the Services and will use all reasonable skill and care in making the Services available to you and in ensuring their availability. Because of the number of sources from which the Company obtains the content for the Services and because of the nature of the Internet, errors and omissions do occur and the Company does not give any other warranties in respect of the Services.
The Company is continually seeking to improve the Services. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to any part of the Services provided that it does not materially reduce their content or functionality.
No Commercial Use
The Services are intended for and shall only be available for non-commercial and domestic use by individual travel/visa applicants. The Company reserves the right to refuse orders from businesses or that we consider are for commercial or other non-domestic concerns. You may not re-sell the Services without the prior written consent of the Company
Change and Cancellation of Contracts: Change in Contract Contents
The Traveler/client may request the Company to make change, the contents of Travel/Visa Assist Services and other contents of the Arranged Contract. In this case, the Company will comply with the Traveler’s/ Clients’s request to the reasonably practical extent.
If a change is to be made in the contents at the request, the Traveler must bear a cancellation fee, a penalty etc.,when canceling to make change to the already completed requested Travel/visa assist service, any other cost required for the change in the arrangements, it will be paid with the outstanding fee for procedures for making a change prescribed by the Company.Any increase or reduction in the Travel service Fee resulting from the change in the contents of the Arranged Travel Contract concerned shall be attributed to the Traveler.
Cancellation and Termination
Once you have paid for the Services, we shall make the Services available to you. You will not be able to cancel any purchase of Services after the Services are made available other than in accordance with these terms.
Your access to the Services may be terminated by written notice if you are in material breach of these terms and the breach is not remedied within the period of 3 days after written notice of the breach has been given to you. If we reasonably believe your breach of these terms affects our lawful operation of the Services or third party customers, we may suspend your access to the Services at any time.
If the Traveler has not paid the Travel service Fee by the prescribed date; Agreed with the company.
If the Traveler/Client has become unable to settle the debt in connection with the Travel Fee, etc., in whole or in part in accordance with the ‘Contract document”DC Global Company Limited,after a Communications Contract has been concluded.
Voluntary Cancellation by the Traveler/Clients:
The Traveler/client may cancel the Arranged Travel/Tour Contract in whole or in part at any time. If the Arranged travel service Contract has been canceled voluntary(due to personal reason) , the Traveler/client must, understand to be bearer of all cost which has already been paid, or which must be paid in the future Processing, documentation,transportation/accommodation facilities, etc., including cancellation fee, penalty, etc prescribe by DC Global Company Limited
Cancellation Due To a Cause Attributable to the Company）
The Traveler may cancel the Arranged Travel Contractual agreement for service requested if it has become impossible to make arrangements for due to causes attributable to the Company which does not guarantee full refund if prove of payment have been made toward the rendered service by which an outstanding situation delays the process which is not the fault of the company. We are oblige to suggest equal alternative if available at the period. Client consent form will be sign to proceed with no extra cost except personal expenses assign to the traveler/client. The company will make necessary refunds for services not yet received only and if circumstance that case delay or failure is certainly not attributed to company internal procedure.
If the Arranged Travel Request Contract has been canceled due to the Company’s personal decision relating to the process, then full refundable deposit Fee already received, including 50% of the cost which has already been paid, or which must be paid in the future,whereas the company will be responsible for due cost for services already received behalf of the Traveler.
The provisions in the preceding Paragraph do not prevent the Traveler from making a claim against the Company for indemnity/indemnification.
Fees and Refunds Policy
You shall only be able to cancel or apply for a refund of any Service Fees in accordance with the refund policy set out in these terms (the “Refund Policy”)
The disclaimer policy set out at here (the “Disclaimer”) is hereby incorporated and shall apply to the provision of any Services but in the event of any conflict between the terms of the Disclaimer and these terms, these terms shall prevail.
Use of the Services (in particular, the Super Priority and Priority Services) does not imply or guarantee in any way that your visa application will be successful. Notwithstanding the use of any of the Services, all visa applicants must qualify against the requirements of the immigration rules.
Visa and Immigration strongly recommends that visa applicants with any form of adverse immigration history do not use the special booking services Services. This includes anyone who has been previously refused a visa for the , been refused leave to enter the , been previously deported, removed, or otherwise required to leave the , has overstayed a period of leave in the , or has been refused leave to remain in the by the Home Office.
You will receive a confirmation of your payment by email, as well as an on screen confirmation, after You make payment of the Fee
The Refund Policy appended hereto as an Annex shall apply to [Fees] payable by visa applicants pursuant to this Agreement.
Limitation on liability
The liability for the Company to you under these terms for any losses relating to or arising in connection with Services provided to you under these terms and whether based on an action or claim in contract, negligence, tort, misrepresentation (other than fraudulent misrepresentation) breach of statutory duty or otherwise shall be limited to an amount equal to the Service Fees paid by you in connection with the Services to which such claim relates.
DC Global Company Limited is a Travel/visa assistance or visa processing company and we work only with government and diplomatic organization.
If you receive an offer asking for money that claims to be from DC Global Company Limited, do not respond or send money.
Under no circumstances will DC Global Company Limited be liable or responsible for any loss, damages, expenses or inconvenience resulting from unauthorized activities.
The copyright on all original/custom artwork, maps, navigation elements, presentation methods and design elements included in our web sites is held exclusively by the company. Copyright on all descriptive text is held by DC Global Company limited. Copyright on selected photographic images is also held by the company.
Photographic images are reproduced with the permission of DC Global Company limited and the product and/or service providers represented on the web site, or as shown where necessary to satisfy the copyright obligations associated with their electronic reproduction.
